* firebird2/src/utilities/install.cpp:
instclient.exe : new code (commented out for now) that can patch
the string FileVersion (in addition to the numerical FileVersion)
in case this proves really usefull. There has been a report that
EMS IBManager had an issue with this, though I could not reproduce
myself. In case it proves true, the code is ready and tested. Just
need to uncomment it.
