Added support to fixup databases after file system copy.
The following action was added:
isc_action_svc_nfix - fixup database.
Samples of use of new parameter in fbsvcmgr utility (supposing login and
password are set using some other method):
fbsvcmgr - action_nfix dbname /tmp/ecopy.fdb
