Code Issues

Fixed #7084 - Creating unique constraints on MacOS fails on larger tables.

Browse Source 
configure.ac macros were not compiling and returning 1.

That caused FB_ALIGNMENT and FB_DOUBLE_ALIGN to have the wrong value 1.
