Nickolay may want to undo my ods.h changes if gcc insists
in its crusade against non-PODs and poodles.

67f1740fea Various cleanup to make engine compile and work after mentioned earlier changes. 
Mainly:
1) MemoryPool* => MemoryPool& in arrays' constructors
2) use Firebird::string to keep strings data
