dimitr	f2a72c8285	Finished the 16-bit -> 32-bit conversion for SQL/BLR/buffer/message sizes, this time in the remote provider. The server has been proven to be able to create a procedure longer than 64KB in length and execute it, but more testing is required. ... A major battle against 64-bit build warnings were performed.
