fbc944d4aa Poor man's attempt to fix the expression indices. In the old code, we didn't require node1->stream and node2->stream to be the same, we just needed node2->stream to be the one we considered for index matching. c994f7e32a Make legacy (security database based) user management plugin consistent : 
- binary name changed from user_management.dll to legacy_usermanager.dll (on Windows only, POSIX will follow soon)
- registration name was changed from "Legacy_Auth" to "Legacy_UserManager" (see UserManager setting in firebird.conf)
