skidder	d20ee8b414	Update MSVC7 makefiles. Use VS2003 since nobody else is obviously using VS7 makefiles. To build with original VS.NET use one of the available converters (I fixed up VSPC to be able to convert Firebird projects, for example)	2004-01-08 17:15:28 +00:00
