- Refactor EXECUTE BLOCK to StmtNodes.
- Refactor the IUDF to SysFunctions. That eliminates RDB$GET_CONTEXT and RDB$SET_CONTEXT from RDB$FUNCTIONS.
Now all utilities react to -z for version and -? for help (qli was left for another time)
