8dc822337a 1) Remove feature that allow one collation name to be used with more than one charset.

b8d1f00f94 - Corrections and changes to Adriano's commit, subject to his inspection. 
- Solved an endless loop with trim and zero-length trim characters, etc.
- Some places are signaled with FB_COMPILER_MESSAGE for prompt attention.
