18e98d7fee Changed the default optimisation for prod builds. Current gcc 3.2 
compilers have problems with -O2 -O3 and -march=i686 combinations

4e3831f74d Moved def files to builds\win32, to be able share them between msvc6 and 7 project files. 
FIXME: The msvc6 project files still point to old location.
