Ability to stop execution of external query when :
- engine is shutted down
- database is shutted down
- local statement is cancelled
- local connection is cancelled

Allow to specify EXECUTE STATEMENToptional clauses in any (not fixed) order.
Use INTERNAL_PROVIDER for access to the current database by another user too.
