0de8b73970 Fix problems with restart on gentoo - start-stop-daemon does not actually 
wait for a process to terminate, therefore restart fails sometimes.

49bc9105a3 Fix unregistered bug. Win32 installer was trying to upgrade an existing Fb 1.5 install. 
This was the underlying cause of CORE-934

e3fc81143a Remove guardian from Windows classic server installs. 
Fix bug in client only install - server binary was being included.
