3) Replaced DLS+SortMem with the generic TempSpace class.
4) Replaced GDS temp file management with the TempFile class.

MSVC6 doesn't keep variables in a for() only in that scope. This standard construction is rejected:
...
for (int i = ...);
for (int i = ...);
Put the variable again before the loops to be able to compile.
