Include platform definitions file common.h in firebird.h. Use OS-specific ThreadId instead artificial FB_THREAD_ID, avoiding unneeded casts in the code. This should fix BSD and MAC ports.

ODS change : implemented SCN inventory pages to make diffrential backup faster not reading pages which was not changed since previous backup.

Corresponding nbackup and validation code changes also done.
PAG code refactored a bit.
