Revert build destination to the temp\...\firebird folder.
...
make_boot now copies .conf and security.db files into temp\...\firebird, if it not exists there before.
yachts.lnk and security.fdb now symlinks, not a copy of metadata.fdb and securityXXX.fdb.

Windows file description ( #245 )

* Let's use something meaningful at version info's "File Description" field.
Move common resource compiler settings from project files to the property sheets.
* Update VC14 projects
* Update VC12 projects
* Update VC10 projects
* Adjust descriptions as Dmitry suggested
