186bb83591 Change rpmbuild to not need root access 
Change install to only put in 'compatibility' libgds.so links if the
files do not already exist.

4e3831f74d Moved def files to builds\win32, to be able share them between msvc6 and 7 project files. 
FIXME: The msvc6 project files still point to old location.
