Windows file description (#245) 
* Let's use something meaningful at version info's "File Description" field.
Move common resource compiler settings from project files to the property sheets.

2b936db9ae Let logAndDie() call abort() on all platforms. 
It prevent hung when process exits (instead of aborts) and tries to release resources.
