dimitr aeaa8b2290 Removed the feature that was never used for the last years. ... An intention was to disallow batch fetches from procedures, but this code never worked due to recursion in PASS1_rse(). Accidentally, I've fixed the reason in FB2 and now users observe noticable performance degradation. To keep the performance, let's do batch fetches again.
