robocop 965a66c164 Fix gbak to correct the wrong idea that by looking at the backup level you can guess the target server version where the db restoration will take place. Now it's possible to use FB2.1's gbak to restore on FB2.1, FB2.0, FB1.5, FB1, IB6, IB5 and IB4. Spurious tags for the current backup level are detected.
