alexpeshkoff b0dfbcb139 1. We have 3 kinds of libraries we build - plain-C (libib_util), ... C++ with static ++ support (libfbclient) and C++ with dynamic ++ support (all the others). Reworked build process to clearly handle different linkers and switches for this 3 kinds of libraries. 2.
